No iPhone protection Hawaii and Fiji
I have just been in Hawaii and Fiji. On my iPhone, where I needed your service, you app showed only a black screen. When I return home I will cancel my subscription
Overall a great experience.
VPN Connection and speed are good and rarely lag, disconnect or make any problems. In some cases a quick server switch fixes most problems.
Customer support was always quick to help and professional.
I never had problems with payments, despite missing dues (my bad) or slow bitcoin transactions.
And privacy always seemed like a top priority!

Sometimes the waiting time is too long to have a response from the support. And also if one IP doesn’t work properly as expected the fee for any change not have to come from the customer. Otherwise the service is good very good most time the connection is stable and the IP you provided to me personally are very safe so far

Slow download speeds
For some reason my download speed is very slow, compaired to when NOT using TorGuard. The date given is not the exact date because it is EVERY time I log onto TorGuard that me download speed is slow.

Works great
Works great! Rarely have to change cities(in US) to get it to work. Usually it works flawlessly. I’m used to it now. Never any slow downs in its use.
